Acadian Properties, Inc. has now been managing properties in Davis, Ca for over 29 years and we’re still growing. We opened our doors to the Davis Community in
1978 with only 8 properties and now 29 years later manage over 600 properties in all areas of Davis. So, whatever it is you’re looking for, let our staff help you find it!
Acadian Properties will be coming out with our Fall Rental List for the rental year of 2007-2008 on Monday, March 5th, 2008. We are expecting between 10 to 15 pages of available properties ranging from studios up to 6 bedroom houses. The available units will be in all parts of Davis including the downtown area. We’re expecting these rentals to go quickly, so get the list while it’s hot!
