Secrurity deposits listed are based on 125% of one months rent. If you have pets, security deposits will be at least 150% of one months rent. Unless otherwise stated, city utilities are not included in the rents. Application fee is $25 per person and must be paid in money order of cashiers checks. Availability dates may be approximate. Prices are subject to change; please confirm prices and availability dates before signing the rental agreement.
