Not only are they great people but they also run a great business, as with any home from time to time repairs are needed, and while a tenant my roommates and I had to endure a few rather major repairs at two separate properties (sewage pipes + trees = bad). Acadian was always on top of the situation and made sure that all repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner using contractors that I would trust to perform work on my own home.
